• From day one Zane at Essex Spirits Co was asked if / when they were going to do a pink gin - and they resisted for a long time, saying they would only do it if they could do it in a quality, local & sustainable method.... So with this challenge eventually the penny dropped (or perhaps the apple dropped...either way) LOCAL JAMS! They realised that by harnessing the power of local small jam producers they could create a fully natural, local, fruit gin! So they went about sourcing some fine Essex jams from some great makers (no, not the big boys....!) and ended up literally blending these jams into one of their gin recipes.... The result? A fully natural and delightfully sweetened 'pink' gin. This is a 'proper' gin recipe made of of Juniper, Angelica, Coriander Seed, Orange Peel, Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Orris Root, alongside those delicious locally produced Essex strawberry & cherry jams  and a touch of vanilla & local sea salt to balance... and that's it, no hidden nasties, no flavourings, NO colourings or artificial sweeteners! Bursting with natural flavours & colours this is a delicious drop that combines amazingly in the sunshine with cloudy lemonade (or even prosecco....).
  • The most recent batch of Filey Bay's Peated Finish Whisky is here! Distilled in Yorkshire, the whisky was initially matured in a selection of first-fill bourbon barrels, before a secondary maturation in peated casks, imparting elegant notes of delicate smoke to the sweet, citrusy malt.
  • The Pocketful of Stones Lost Mexican range is a celebration of Cornish emigration to Mexico in the early 1800s and was inspired by the story of Stanley Kiernan, the Penzance-born distiller's son, who headed over with the first wave. The Lost Mexican Blanco is made from agave grown and distilled in Jalisco before being rested in Mezcal barrels on the wild Cornish Coast looking back across the Atlantic Ocean. A superb alternative to traditional Blanco Tequila. Fresh minerality with subtle hints of citrus and fresh grass. Very smooth cooked agave flavour with light peppercorn notes and a long slightly spicy finish.

The Lost Mexican Cafe is made from agave grown and distilled in Jalisco. It is then infused with coffee beans and vanilla before resting in Mezcal Barrels on the wild Cornish Coast. Freshly roasted coffee with hints of chocolate. Rich and robust with vanilla notes and a slightly spiced baked agave finish.

  • Most definitely the World's most unique and first Pure Milk Vodka. This is made from Whey; a by product when producing Cheese. Co-owner Jason then goes on to use the Curds in his award winning Cheeses. An incredibly innovative way to utilise waste, this Vodka is ridiculously smooth and is smooth enough to enjoy neat, or with mixer.
  • The fantastic East London Liquor Co.'s very own London dry gin is gloriously creamy and wonderfully flavoursome, plus it works excellently in all sorts of cocktails and mixed drinks. We're rather fond of it in a French 75, and the distillers themselves reckon its great in a Red Snapper. Versatile stuff, clearly. Its botanical selection includes juniper, angelica, cardamom, coriander, cubeb, grapefruit peel and lemon peel. Excellent value for money, too.
  • Perfect for all manner of cocktails and mixed drinks, this vodka from the East London Liquor Company is just the ticket if you're looking a very well made but approachable spirit. It's made with a base of British grown wheat, and distilled in a Holstein copper pot still at the wonderful distillery in Bow Wharf, East London.
  • Founder Zane's take on the classic Spiced Rum. Starting with an overproof blend of Caribbean white rums, Essex Spirit Co 'sous-vide' their all natural ingredients that includes Cacao nibs, Cinnamon, Vanilla and locally grown Saffron. Before naturally sweetening the rum with Honey from a local producer. The end result is utterly fantastic and is sooo good you could drink the whole bottle...so we heard...
  • "Make me a drink that will wake me the f*@k up". Legend has it, that this was the instruction given by a supermodel to Espresso Martini inventor Dick Bradsell in 1983, which we can all be eternally thankful for. Fatman follows the original recipe, starting by using a single origin Coffee Bean from a small producer in Columbia that helps deliver the jolt of caffeine needed to "wake the f*@k up". Then it is blended with premium Vodka and rich Coffee Liqueur. Simply pour 100ml of this and ice to a cocktail shaker, give it a shake to deliver that foamy finish and pour into your glass. So simple and so good, you will never have to make another one again!
  • Dr Squid Gin has been a labour of love dating back to the spring of 2018. Real Squid Ink is a very powerful ingredient and only a minimal amount is needed both for the distilling and colour or infusion of the gin and as such lots of research and testing was done. Vanilla is added to the base of the recipe to give a well rounded mouthfeel and a light perceived sweetness, coupled with sea buckthorn for a tart, fresh fruit finish. Dr Squid Gin pours inky black but when mixed with tonic turns a vivid pink. It also makes for a great Gin Mule when poured over crushed ice and ginger beer. This unique addition is served from a copper flask engraved with the scenery, wildlife, folklore and history that surrounds the distillery.
  • From Pocketful of Stones Distillery in Cornwall comes this delightfully hoppy gin, showcasing Pilgrim and Galaxy hops – which is why it's called Pilgrim & Galaxy Hop Gin! Pilgrim imparts oodles of bitter flavours with lemon and pear, while Galaxy hops are known for more tropical peach and passion fruit notes. Try this one with tonic or ginger ale, or let the hops shine in a Dry Martini. Piney juniper sits alongside bright tropical fruit, citrus, peach, and balanced bitter resinous hops
