Every year at the start of September, the Pocket of Stones team takes over a field in Newlyn to handpick Damson. Thus kicking off Damson Week, a week of festivities for the team, where they all catch up, share stories and discuss the highs and lows of the year, whilst planning ahead. During that week, they explore the Cornish Coast, enjoy world class meals and at the end of it, they have lots of great memories and a stunning Damson Gin! The actual Gin has lovely aromas of freshly picked Damsons, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Clove and Orange are added to the infusion, giving spicy and warming flavours, without being overly sweet. Serve with Lemonade or soda. Producer: The founders all met whilst working in various bars in London. After gaining heaps of experience they all fell in love with the rich history of Spirits and decided to abandon the crowds of London for the wilds of Cornwall, before pouring their experience into Pocketful of Stones.
