We love Beavertown's description of this Beer 'Heavyweight flavour, featherweight ABV'. They wanted to do things a little differently and instead of removing the Alcohol after fermentation, they use a clever strain of Yeast that fully ferments their Pilsner Malt without producing Alcohol, whilst adding a hint of Peach at the same time. This has a lovely fruit taste and all of the flavours of an IPA, just without the Alcohol!
